At Airscape Events we get asked lots of very good, useful questions so we have outlined all of these below for your benefit. How do I make a booking?
All of our inflatables are bookable online, but should you be requesting multiple items for an event, school fete or corporate event we recommend calling us to discuss so that we can personalise your package. If you would prefer to make a booking over the phone then our helpful team will be happy to help, call us today on 01372 309 300
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, Airscape Events carries $5M in public liability cover. For clarity we would like to explain what this means - This insurance covers ourselves against loss, damage or injury caused by inappropriate or unsafe setup. It does not protect against loss, damage or injury caused through either negligent use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the setup after delivery, or through normal use where accidents may occur
Do you offer Supervision/Manning Services?
Yes, we do offer manning services, however this is subject to availability and carries a cost of £30 per hour per team member required. This is not bookable online so please contact us to check availability.
What happens if it rains?
Most of our inflatables have rain covers so a few showers are not a problem. If there are thunderstorms, heavy rain or high winds then the inflatables are not suitable. We do not charge cancellation fees if you choose to cancel due to poor weather and we will always keep you informed if we have to cancel due to the aforementioned weather conditions
How much electricity does the inflatable use?
Surprisingly less than you may think. Most of our inflatables require just one fan and on average each fan would cost between £2-£5 for 8 hours (Based on Oct'24 UK prices)
Do you take a deposit?
We do not take a deposit for most bookings. We only take deposits on large bookings that are made more than 6 months in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before with no charge. If we arrive to set up and you decide to cancel, or the inflatable does not fit then 50% of the booking cost is payable
How much space is required?
All of our products have their measurements shown in the product description on our website. Please check that the actual floor space required, and note that their must be a grass area larger. Some of our inflatables require a large gate opening too, which is also specified in the product description. Please check carefully before booking, as if we arrive and there is not enough suitable space then 50% of the booking value is payable. If you are unsure please call us on 01372 309 300 to check
Can bouncy castles go on concrete?
No. Bouncy castles require 163kg of weight on each anchor point to ensure they remain secured to the ground, and the only way we can achieve this is by securing them using metal stakes on a grass surface
Can bouncy castles go on artificial grass?
No. Bouncy castles require anchoring to the ground which would damage the artificial grass and break the sheets underneath
My postcode is not available within your radius, can I still book?
We can accept out of area bookings in exceptional circumstances. We are ask that you call us to make the request, and if we are able to facilitate then we will process your booking for you, with a £25 out of area delivery charge
