Airscape Events prioritises health & safety measures to ensure everyone hiring our inflatables has complete peace of mind. All of our units are tested annually and have a comprehensive risk assessment carried out.

Insurance

We carry $5M public liability insurance which covers ourselves against loss, damage or injury caused due to unsafe setup of the equipment, IT DOES NOT cover any damage or injury occurring due to negligence of use by the hirer or altering the setup in any way. We will do everything to ensure set up is safe before we leave the equipment in your possession and will take photographic proof of set up.

Weather

If wind speeds exceed 24mph and torrential rain is forecast then we will not be able to set up your inflatable. We monitor updates from the MET Office closely and will always endeavour to update you of any changes to your booking in good time, but please note last minute weather changes resulting in the above mentioned conditions will mean we will have to cancel your booking. If weather conditions change during the time of the hire that it is imperative you cease operation of the inflatable immediately
